I had a mixed experience at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa. While the location is fantastic for visiting Legoland and the rooms are spacious and clean, the service left much to be desired. I faced significant issues during a fire alarm that was not communicated well, and retrieving a lost item turned into a frustrating ordeal. Overall, the amenities and facilities are commendable, but the lack of prompt customer service detracted from my stay.
